Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Krafty Notions. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

Unused
In original condition
In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom or personalized items
Digital downloads
Clearance or sale items
Opened craft kits or used supplies
Workshop or class fees (unless canceled by us)

Because many products are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A description of the issue

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow: 5–10 business days for processing

Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Workshop & Event Refunds

Workshop and event registrations may be refunded or credited if cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the event, this is up to the discretion of Krafty Notions and/or The Wanderers.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

If Krafty Notions cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund or transfer option.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for damaged or defective items depending on product availability.
